Client bought another public company of similar size with Oracle EBS environment running at a higher version. The client couldn’t see the data or the system until SEC approves the merger because of this acquisition. In order to complete the merger, Client’s EBS system must be upgraded and data of the acquired company, integrated.
Our Solution
Buxton helped the client setup clean room and upgraded their EBS environment in a record time. We developed custom tools to migrate data rapidly. Buxton was able to help client with setting up the environment in clean room and developed migration processes without seeing the data of the acquired company.
