CEO & President James T Buxton is Founder and President of Buxton Consulting, 1993. Jim is a veteran in the Technology Industry with several decades of experience in IT, Business, and Management. He began his career as a Software development programmer. After returning from England in 1982, Jim became an independent contractor for several large and diverse high-tech companies. With 30 years of active involvement in software industry he began to focus on Management at Buxton Consulting.
Jim became a well-regarded entrepreneur for his track record of leading the growth and development of the businesses. He strives in building high-performance teams and in providing a quality work environment for his employees to produce quality base to service his clients. He has helped build Buxton into a competitive, reputed, high-tech consulting company. Its international presence and consistent growth have been credited to a reputation for integrity and quality.
Jim holds a Math degree from UC Davis. He loves not only numbers but is remarkable for his emotional intelligence which makes people to want to work for him. Jim is an active contributor to the community for multiple non-profit organizations.
Co-FounderChandra Reddy is the co-founder of Buxton Consulting, joined in 1996. He has 30+ years of Consulting experience in implementing IT Solutions for customers ranging from start-ups to large multinationals. Wide range of industries include High tech, Engineering, Software, Insurance, Banking, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Gaming, Media, and Entertainment.
He has led and managed cross-functional teams through the entire product development life cycle. During his tenure, he has played various roles as Infrastructure Lead, Development & DBA Architect, Subject Matter Expert (SME), Solutions Architect, Performance Testing Lead, Release, Change Management Lead, Cloud Architect, Technology Lead and Project Manager.
As a Principal at Buxton, Chandra has helped several corporate companies to improve their business performance; Operations Improvements, Business Process Transformation, Technology Strategy, and large-scale Program Execution. Chandra has also led many EBS Implementation and large cloud migration projects.
Chandra holds a Master of Technology degree from IIT, Bombay. He enjoys long distance running; International Marathons.
Board of Director Jan most recently was a Senior Principal at Deloitte Consulting and has over 35 years of experience. She has guided global and domestic private and publicly held companies in the development and implementation of enterprise-wide systems and processes designed to enhance value and enable the achievement of critical objectives. Jan brings a unique combination of technology, finance, and strategy experience across multiple industries including technology, biopharmaceutical, electronic gaming, and telecommunications. She is also a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams and recognized for her deep expertise in information technology, accounting, digital transformation, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and cyber risk/computer security. Jan worked at Ernst & Young for 14 years and was the Application Software Managing Principal for the Colorado area. Jan serves on the board of the World Orphans organization as well as Fishermen’s Hospital. She also serves on the Advisory Board of Quantitative Advantage, LLC (QA Wealth Management).
Jan graduated from USC’s Marshall School of Business with an MBA in accounting and information systems. She also received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from the University of Washington (magna cum laude) and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Jan has successfully completed the CPA exam.
HR DirectorArno Fritz joined Buxton Consulting in 1997 after moving to the US from Germany. He is a Human Resources and Accounting veteran with 20 years of experience in planning and implementing company growth strategies. With the help of his support staff, he also oversees Buxton’s International Operations in India. Arno’s extensive experience in HR and Accounting over a long period of time has given him a solid background and understanding of constantly changing business practices.
As a Director of Human Resource and Accounting, some of his key contributions towards smooth operations and ROI include HR Regulatory Compliance, On-Boarding, Hiring/Firing, H1-B, Green Cards, Immigration related topics working closely with immigration lawyers, Employee and Executive Benefits, Developing & Updating Company Policies, analyzing financials statements and suggesting financial actions, Summarizing financial status for the management team.
Arno also enjoys motorcycles and qualifies as a long-distance rider by crossing the continental USA on several occasions.
Vice President-Sales & Operations Kishore Kumar has over two decades of experience in Business Development and Operations in Information Technology domain. Prior to joining Buxton Consulting in 2012, Kishore had a broad experience successfully leading sales, and operations of IT staffing and services companies.
With his background in Product Management and ERP Consulting, he brings deeper understanding of a wide range of clients’ need and lead multi-faceted teams to deliver them effectively. Kishore holds an MBA degree with specialization in Marketing and Human Resources.
Director of Talent Acquisition Preethi Madhusudhanan is a Global Tech Recruiter with 15 years of experience in Technology Recruitment and People Management. She embarked on this journey to help people find significance and success at work. She heads Talent Acquisition for Managed Services Division @ Buxton, onsite and offshore. She also helps Buxton with Goals & Objectives, Processes & Procedures, Organizational Development & Training, Succession Planning & Communications. Prior to joining Buxton in 2007, she was an ERP Resource Manager with emphasis on Resource Ops, Career Management, ERP Training & Development and Retention of FOB Tech Resources in Silicon Valley.
