    Buxton Consulting, a California based IT Staffing and Managed Services firm is looking for senior IT Technical Recruiters for their offshore facility in Hyderabad, India. This is a remote gig due to Covid and candidate outside Hyderabad can apply too.

     

    Position: Senior Technical IT Recruiter
    Number of positions: 4
    Work Location: Near Hi-tech City, Hyderabad, India
    Shift: support US PDT Time Zone
    Type: Full time employment 
    Start date: Immediate 

     

    • Senior Recruiter with at least 6-10 years  
    • Must have experience in U.S recruiting 
    • Must understand the technical requirements from the Clients & Account Executives. 
    • Work on direct client requirements and portal/VMS based requirements.  
    • Posting jobs on various job boards and search for suitable candidates for every requirement. 
    • Searching and sourcing of candidate profiles from job boards - Dice, monster, LinkedIn and using other tools.  
    • Need to work on night shift (IST) with slight flexible hours (10.00 pm IST ~ 4.00/7.00am IST) 
    • Complete cycle of recruiting experience on (i.e Oracle ERP Cloud, SFDC, Netsuite, AWS, Azure, other Cloud tech, Web technologies, System Admins, DBAs, Business Analysts, Desktop/Network Admins, BI/BO developers, PL/SQL, Perl scripting developer, JAVA Developers, Javascript, Project Managers etc.).  
    • Should be able to multi-task and prioritize the job orders on need basis. 
    • Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Can work remotely until covid settles down 
    • Must be a team player, an individual contributor role
    • Any programing, developer or computer science background is preferable but not a must
