Primary Skill: Serves as the day to day manager of the program workplan, identifies risks/issues, resolves or facilitates cross team items, escalates delays and/or critical path impacts, supports the client lead in coordination with interdependent programs.



Role Description: 

• Serves as the direct counterpart and equal partner to the Exelon Integrated Project Manager (IPM) and Interdependency Lead

• Conducts daily review and tracking of the integrated workplan with their Exelon counterpart to review progress, identify schedule impacts, and recommends remediation steps

• Understands cross-team dependencies and coordinates discussions/remediation across Apollo teams in partnership with their Exelon counterpart

• Conducts schedule analysis on a weekly basis, highlights risk areas, and facilitates discussion with Apollo team leads during weekly integrated program management meetings

• Provides input for Tech Enablement status reporting and collaborates upon messaging

• Facilitates discussion and provides insight/perspective related to additions, deletions, and/or modifications to activities within the integrated program workplan

• Collaborates with Exelon counterpart and Exelon IPM team members to develop content and messaging specific to program progress against the integrated program workplan

• Supports the Buyer Interdependency Lead in discussions with interdependent programs

• Provides subject matter expertise related to program milestones and articulates impacts to or as the result of misalignment between Apollo and interdependent programs
