Must Haves:- 7+ years of (QE) Quality Engineering test automation experience in developing Automation Scripts using Selenium, TestNg, AutoIT, Grid & SME, QA Delivery Owner for Policy Area from QA End for all Planned, Out of Cycle, Production Releases
- Responsible for Planning, Maintaining Release Roadmap, Environment Management for Planned, Quick Break-fix and Out of Cycle Releases
- Coordinate Project, Environment, Releases, Out of Cycle, Production Defect, Timelines, Key release/Environment recap activities/updates with Business, Development, DevOps and QA Team Members
- Lead multiple quality engineering teams for Unit, Functional, Regression, E2E testing artifact readiness and results through manual or automation practice that best fits & defined by State Fund QA Management
- Define & maintain QA release capacity plan for application release deliverables, automation + infrastructural needs, track test environments, and test data needs for SDLC projects and programs
- Manage, Deliver complex testing end-to-end project & product software testing lifecycle (STLC) needs such as requirement review, technical assessment, test estimation, meet defined target timelines, represent QA with technical project managers, and support and involve in manual testing as required.
- Work closely with QA Management to support & improve efficiency in release delivery by optimization techniques either Manual or Test Automation
- Understand and wherever possible deliver Enterprise Master Automation Test Strategy for projects or programs in both; BDD/TDD and Hybrid; linear test frameworks on various platforms such as Desktop, Multiweb, and Mobile Web & Apps
