Position: Oracle Finance Lead
Duration: 1 year
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Remote
Proficient in respected business function areas and Provide guidance with best business practices in GL, AP, FA, PA, Finance Accounting, Ledger and COA Structure, COA Master data, Month End Close process, Reconciliation, Reporting and Compliance
Liaison between Business and IT/SI to help drive business requirements, support systems implementation activities including data conversion, testing and training
Understand & capture business requirements and provide Oracle based solution and to-be process to meet business requirements
Identify GAPs in the Process and provide solution
Write functional specs for RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions - Workflow)
Document business scenarios & test scripts and support CRP, SIT and UAT testing cycles
Working with business develop data conversion strategy, help with data cleansing and mock conversions
Hands on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials implementation
Strong communication skills to drive workshops and help make critical business decisions
