Role: Oracle EBS Technical Lead / Project Manager
Primary Skill:
• Oracle R12.2 experience
• Experience as Tech Lead on multiple EBS Supply Chain projects
• Oracle EBS RICEW development; Project Management; Code Migration experience
• Oracle Data conversion experience with MFG, OPM, OTC, PTP, RTR tracks
Other Required Skill(s): Oracle Development Methodologies
Preferred Skill(s):
• Dell Boomi integration - preferred
• Oracle PLM Cloud - preferred
Role Description (please update as needed):
• Responsible for day-to-day planning and management of Deloitte owned IT development activities
• Provide detailed tasks, durations, dependencies, and owners to the Technical Project work plan activities
• Build and track RICEW development plan activities
• Manages the Deloitte Consulting owned RICEW development and delivery schedule
• Report development plan progress to PMO and Client leadership on daily/weekly basis
• Overall responsibility for the day to day support of technical design and development activities
• Leads the weekly status meeting (along with the Client Technical Lead), prepares weekly status report on technical tasks progress, issues and risks
• Manage the RICEW defect resolution process during test cycles and post go-live
• Liaison between team and Deloitte IT team
• Works closely with team to identify touchpoints with the offshore team and establish clear ownership of development activities
• Coordinate the development, review and sign-off of IT deliverables with onshore and offshore resources
• Reviews, provides inputs, recommendations and sign-offs on technical deliverables (Technical Specifications, RICEW Inventory, Code review etc.) and socializes technical SME’s inputs as needed during the review and sign-off process
• Review and provide oversight to the technical activities in the cutover plan
• Co-ordinate with other boundary IT team to identify any impact, scope changes and communicate to PMO
• Provides inputs to the test strategy and environment strategy; Work with Oracle for resolving Oracle technical SR
