    Summary:
    Our client is in the process of continuing to leverage our Oracle E-Business Suite investment.  We are rolling out new modules and functionality to many of the existing manufacturing sites.  We are also implementing the system in newly acquired sites. 
    In this position, the successful candidate will be managing a team of business analyst professionals to continue the above vision.  They will work directly with the end users and a team of developers to support and implement new functionality within Oracle.

    Task and Responsibilities:
    • Complete Oracle factory implementations
    • Manage testing across multiple factory implementations
    • Manage data conversions from legacy systems
    • Mentor team to help make them successful
    • Create detail project schedules
    • Create Interfaces as needed
    • Engage with business owners to create processes
    • Adhere to Sarbanes-Oxley Change Management standards
    • Produce unit test scripts and support all testing activities
    • Manage team of 12-15 business analysts
    • Write/conduct performance reviews
    • Manage team priorities


    Skills and Knowledge:
    Required:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience implementing in Oracle EBS
    • Experience using Oracle EBS R12
    • Ability to manage multiple medium scale projects
    • Ability to motivate team to complete desired outcomes
    • A proven track record documenting systems requirements, designing and prototyping and testing under multiple deadlines solutions and offer functional solutions for business problems
    • Experience with Oracle EBS Open Interfaces and API’s; data conversions, EDI, data interfacing
    • Must be functionally proficient in at least two Oracle EBS modules (e.g. WIP, OSFM, QA, INV, MRP, etc.), including knowledge of the underlying data model as well as basic process and data flow
    • Unit testing methodologies
    • Cross functional integration testing
    • Proven documentation and communication skills in a project based environment
    • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or other related field
    Preferred:
    • Knowledge of PCB industry
    • Project Management Experience
    • Master’s Degree in business, computer science or other related field


    Work Environment:
    • Mostly remote
    • Expected time outside working hours as projects require
    ~5% travel
