    1. Good infrastructure knowledge (Network, Storage, security, databases, servers)
    2. Knowledge about email system migration
    3. Cloud experience is a plus
    4. Experience with ERP systems (e.g.: Oracle, SAP, NetSuite)
    5. Understanding of Transition Service Agreement(TSAs)
    6. Prior M&A Experience
    7. Project Management experience
    8. Manage client resources
