  • Job Description:

    Responsibilities
    • Cross-functional project management of customer implementation projects
    • Monitor and track project plans for your projects
    • Follow-up on deliverables and action items to ensure they are completed on time and with quality
    • Proactive, concise and constant communication regarding project status, issues, risks
    • Cross-functional coordination within client Organization
    • Communication and coordination with external clients
    • Prioritization of enhancements
    • Stakeholder management
    • Working with the cross-functional team to define framework for scoping non-standard market requests, determining client communication strategies, and setting scope of
           service
    • Support Commercial team in managing RFP response database, consulting with Sales Enablement on sales trainings, developing prospect-facing materials, and attending finalist
           meetings on behalf of Client Launch
    Qualifications:
    • Proficient with project management tools, Smartsheet preferred
    • Proficient with G-suite applications
    • 3+ years experience implementing and managing complex technical/process projects
    • Ability to speak and connect with both technical and business personnel, at all levels
    • Ability to make progress, recommendations and decisions with incomplete information
    • Identify, evaluate and lead teams through prioritization activities
    • Ability to be effective in a matrix management environment
    • Experience working with customers / end-users
    • Member and client focused (customer centricity)
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
    Ideal Candidate:
    • Education:  BA
    • Years of experience: 3-5 years in related fields 
      • Project management
      • Excellent communications skills
      • Engagement manager / customer relationship experience
    • Healthcare background helpful, not required
    • Willingness to travel, approx 10% of time
