This client was having challenges with system performance, software product limitations, and the need for too many manual processes. They were also unable to upgrade from MS Dynamics 2016 to MS 365 Business Central due to technical and software issues. Client’s systems were ineffectively managed and leading IT practices were not implemented.

Our Solution

Buxton consultant worked with Client IT and business personnel to implement IT leading practices and stabilized the environment. We also cleaned up unused fields and implemented a process to validate sales opportunities with core banking system and other sources. (This process formerly was manual.) Successfully upgraded application to MS 365 Business Central.

Business Impact

Customer experienced significantly improved performance and system availability. Customer also realized significant time savings due to automation and a reduction in human errors. Customer is now able to utilize new features of MS 365 Business Central.
