As part of their efforts to scale up their delivery capabilities to meet growing global marketing demand, client needed a partner to build a team of UI Developers to rapidly improve the speed of development while leveraging the newly adopted technology stack based on JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, Bootstrap.JS, HTML5, CSS3, NodeJS, Express.JS and MongoDB. The major pain point of the client was the challenge in hiring enough qualified Engineers and onboard them within the required timeframe.

Our Solution

Buxton, using its proprietary fulfillment process identified, screened, interviewed, and onboarded several top-notch JavaScript Engineers with strong hands-on experience in Frontend JavaScript experience along with good understanding of backend JS scripts to quickly become productive in the client’s environment, designing, developing, delivering, and supporting features on the global website. Our team included a Project Manager with extensive experience in the technical publishing domain, enabling superior liaising between the marketing team and the development team improving efficiency all around.

Business Impact

Rapid improvement in the speed with which qualified Engineers were added to the team was the first of many benefits client experienced as the result of engaging with Buxton. Secondly, these Engineers had significantly more experience in the new technologies which was a key in making the project a success. Further the knowledge transferred to the full-time internal engineers ensured that client had a seamless handover of the new platform which they can now support using their internal employees.
