Challenges
In an effort to meet business growth and pivot to changing workforce demands, the Client has begun a multi-year, multi-phase effort to standardize, simplify, and automate its global process and systems. Phase 1 of the transformation includes re-design of its Go To Market systems (Salesforce), automating its contract lifecycle management, replacing home-grown systems for applicant tracking and assignment, and replacing its ERP systems by implementing Workday Financials.
Our Solution
Due to the complex nature of the transformation effort, the Client engaged Buxton resources to provide overall program risk advisory services, as well as assistance in deploying the solutions. The deployment scope includes cutover preparation and execution, business and system readiness, and post go-live support management.
Business Impact
The Buxton team successfully guided the client through a recent go-live of its North American Go-To-Market systems, and is continuing to support the next step in launching its new ERP and Financial systems.
