    Job Description:

    We are seeking a Varicent Sales Compensation Consultant with hands-on experience implementing the Varicent Sales Compensation Tool. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales performance management (SPM), incentive compensation, and Varicent implementation background.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement and configure the Varicent Sales Compensation Tool based on client requirements.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize compensation plans within Varicent.
    • Perform data integration, modeling, and analytics to support compensation structures.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve system and configuration issues.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and business alignment.

     

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Proven experience in implementing Varicent Sales Compensation Tool.
    • Strong understanding of sales compensation plans and SPM solutions.
    • Expertise in data modeling, reporting, and system configurations within Varicent.
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver results efficiently.
