Top 3-5 Must Haves
·         10+ years Design and Implement cloud storage solutions (Azure NetApp Files)
·         5+ years’ experience automating infrastructure systems (REST API, JSON, Ansible)
·         5+ years’ experience administering / troubleshooting / implementing File, Block, and Object Storage
·         5+ years’ data management, data security / compliance and classification (Azure solutions)

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
· 10+ years related system engineering/Infrastructure and customer support experience.
· 5+ years with both Storage Management NAS/SAN Arrays (Netapp and Pure).
· 5+ years’ experience with FC / ISCSI Storage Area Networks (Cisco MDS)
· 5+ years’ experience administering / troubleshooting / implementing File, Block, and Object Storage
· 5+ years’ experience automating infrastructure systems (REST API, JSON, Ansible)
· 5+ years supporting and optimizing VMWare Vsphere virtualization environments
· 2+ years implementing and supporting VVOLs
· Extensive experience with NTFS and Unix permission administration
· Extensive experience implementing and supporting hybrid cloud infrastructure.
· Extensive programming experience (Shell, Python, PHP, Powershell etc.).
· Experience and knowledge of Windows, Linux and Unix Operating systems.
· Fluent knowledge of Windows Active Directory, networking and security concepts.
· Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to apply them during business impacting incidents.
· Capable of mentor others and lead by example (heart of a teacher)
· Project Management, Problem Solving, People Management.
· Ability to work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of various factors.
· Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science, IT, or similar disciplines).
· Equivalent work experience implementing and operating enterprise level data center storage systems (NAS and SAN), and compute infrastructure.
· MCSE,VCP,CCNA certifications desired.
