    Job Description:

    We are seeking a seasoned Senior Service Now Architect or Project Manager based in the San Francisco Bay Area to support a high-impact project with our client. This hybrid role requires in-person presence 3 times a week.

     

    The ideal candidates must’ve deep expertise across Service Now HRSD, CSM, and ITSM modules and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. You will work closely with business and technical teams to drive architectural decisions, lead implementations, and ensure seamless delivery of Service Now solutions.

     

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a seasoned Sr. ServiceNow Architect / Project Manager to spearhead the design, implementation, and management of ServiceNow solutions that support our global IT operations. This hybrid role demands a blend of technical expertise and project management

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee scalable ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with Xperi's business objectives and IT strategies.
    • Project Management: Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for ServiceNow implementations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.
    • Platform Optimization: Continuously assess and enhance the ServiceNow platform to improve efficiency, user experience, and integration with other enterprise systems.
    • Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and policies for ServiceNow development and usage within the organization. 

     

    Qualifications

    • Experience: Minimum of 15 years in IT, with at least 12 years specializing in ServiceNow architecture and project management.
    • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Project Management Professional (PMP) are preferred.
    • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, etc.), and integration methodologies.
    • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive organizational change.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
