Job Title: Sr. Oracle Cloud EPM Lead – ERP Cloud Implementations

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Local candidates preferred, open to remote for the right fit)

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 12 - 24 months
Citizenship Requirements: U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders only (No EADs)
Security Clearance: Active clearance is a strong plus

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Cloud EPM Lead with 15+ years of Oracle ERP experience and deep expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) workstream and a solid understanding of business processes. This role requires leadership, technical proficiency, and the ability to drive successful end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the EPM workstream in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align EPM solutions with business goals
• Provide hands-on configuration and implementation support for Oracle Cloud EPM modules
• Ensure successful delivery of 3–5 full-cycle Cloud EPM implementations
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud EPM implementations
• Proven track record of leading 3–5 end-to-end Oracle Cloud EPM projects
• Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM modules (e.g., Planning, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (No EADs)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Based in or near Los Angeles, CA
• Active U.S. Government Security Clearance
• Experience working in public sector or regulated industries
