Job Overview:

Our client is initiating the second phase of their Workday implementation, focusing on deployments across EMEA and APAC regions. This phase includes the following countries:

• EMEA: UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland
• APAC: Australia, China, India, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Philippines

We are seeking a Senior Workday Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end Workday Financials implementations. The consultant will play a key role in evaluating and configuring 175 Workday Financial modules, ensuring smooth integration and localization across various countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis, configuration, and implementation of Workday Financials across multiple international regions.
• Provide deep expertise in Workday Financials localization, particularly in markets where the client lacks finance expertise.
• Partner with regional teams to ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Work closely with the previous SI from Wave 1, to ensure alignment with existing configurations.
• Deliver best practices for international Workday Financials deployments and support post-go-live stabilization efforts.
• Must have International experience

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in multiple full-cycle Workday Financials implementations.
• Strong expertise in international financial regulations and localization strategies within Workday.
• Ability to conduct in-depth configuration analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
• Experience working in a global environment with multi-country Workday deployments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
