Our client, voted by their employees as one of the “Best Places to Work” in the North Bay Business Journal, is seeking a Real Estate Valuation Officer to join their Credit Risk Management team located at either our corporate office in Novato or office in Rancho Cordova. This position supports the functions of the Appraisal Department which primarily includes the ordering and review of appraisals and preparation of evaluations for real estate secured credits. Communicates with external appraisers as well as internal lending personnel regarding appraisal orders, value decisions and technical aspects of appraisal assignments.
Professional / Educational Experience- 2 - 4 years related experience and/or training. Associate’s degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
- Certified General Appraisal License in California required.
