About the Role:
Client is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the Procure to Pay (P2P) implementation using GEP and Graphite tools. This role is critical in designing and integrating the P2P solution with ERP systems like Workday, NetSuite, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement technology, ERP integration, and enterprise solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end architecture for the P2P implementation, ensuring seamless integration with Workday, NetSuite, and Salesforce.
• Technical Leadership: Act as the primary solution expert, providing architectural guidance, best practices, and implementation strategies.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation process, collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Integration Strategy: Define and implement data flow and API integration between GEP, Graphite, and ERP systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to align the solution with business needs.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure the solution adheres to industry standards, compliance regulations, and security best practices.
• Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and support teams.
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture and enterprise system integration.
• Proven experience implementing Procure to Pay (P2P) solutions (preferably with GEP and Graphite).
• Strong expertise in ERP systems (Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce) and their integration.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, and cloud-based integrations.
• Strong understanding of procurement, finance, and supply chain workflows.
• Ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including vendor coordination.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the gaming or subscription-based industry.
• Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) in procurement processes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project execution.
