We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Techno-Functional Lead for implementing Order to Cash product. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SaaS/ CRM / ERP Implementation, and domain expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) or revenue processes.
Summary:
The Techno-Functional Lead will deliver and integrate the RecVue enterprise-level platform of large-scale professional service projects. He/she will have considerable experience with enterprise software implementations, and deep knowledge in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) space, with specific reference to subscription billing/usage-based billing. In addition, leveraging strong communication skills is essential throughout the implementation phase as we are committed to becoming a trusted advisor to our customers and are devoted to their success. Responsibilities
• Serve as the Techno-Functional Lead and a subject matter expert in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) space
• Lead the requirements gathering sessions, conduct gap analysis, map business requirements to RecVue functionality and configure the system
• Evaluates all billing and revenue functions, including integration with external systems to optimize, automate and improve user experience
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, third-party vendors, partners and internal project stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop estimates and overall implementation solution plans
• Facilitate user acceptance and validation of functionality with the business
• Has overall accountability for the implementation to include quality, accuracy, security, and usability of related functions by implementing adequate processes and audit trails
• Coordinate with the project manager during project setup and planning activities and ensure timely delivery of solutions
Qualifications
• 8-10 years of experience with implementation and support of order-to-cash (OTC) and/or Revenue Management applications
• Must have prior implementation experience in Oracle ERP, NetSuite ERP and/or Workday with a focus on Order-to-Cash business processes
• Good understanding of Subscription and Usage-Based Billing concepts is highly desired
• Must have excellent client-facing skills including self-presentation and clarity of verbal and written communication
• Must have excellent analytical, problem-solving, time management and decision-making skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or Management Information Systems and/or equivalent professional experience is preferred
