With managed services knowledge Buxton was able to successfully upgrade the large Furniture Manufacturing Company’s EBS environment from 12.2.4 to 12.2.10 with two test builds.

Client wanted to upgrade their Oracle EBS environment from 12.2.4 to 12.2.10 to make use of the latest features. Client didn’t have resources or time to conduct multiple rounds of testing. Client was looking to upgrade with minimum involvement from business and in a fastest possible time.
Our Solution
With the knowledge of Managed Services of client’s system and prior upgrade experience, Buxton team was able to carefully architect upgrade solution. Client was able to complete the testing in one build and completed UAT in the second build. Completed the production build in a record a time with minimum help from Oracle support. Along with the upgrade, migrated application infrastructure to new hardware.
