Position: Sr. ServiceNow Lead / Architect

Start Date: Immediate

Location: San Jose, CA

Key Skills: HRSD, Portal Integration, CSM, ITSM, CMD (in order of priority)

Employment Type: Full-time contract, Part time

Support hours: PST & Overlapping IST hours

• Must have 15+ years of experience in modules ServiceNow experience with Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Configuration Management Database (CMD),CSM and IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Must have done multiple end-to-end, full life cycle implementations modules CSM, ITSM, HRSD, CMD
• Support ServiceNow Application Users
• ServiceNow system support including Production and Sandbox environments
• Covers modules: Case, HR Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge
• HRSD, Portal, Automation, ITSM, CSM.
• Reports and Dashboard
• Experience with Inbound and Outbound integrations with ServiceNow. Move integrations from the custom API call to the integration hub.
• ServiceNow Release upgrade testing
• ServiceNow Application security administration
• User training for users to perform their day-to-day jobs by explaining ServiceNow standard practices
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must have a pleasant attitude, be a team player
