    Position Overview:
    Our client is seeking a visionary Senior Director of Shared Services to lead and evolve a team that supports data integration, platform administration, and test automation. This team will serve as a strategic pillar for key functions under the Digital Customer Experience (CX) team, including Marketing, Sales, Partner Management, Customer Support and Success, and Revenue Operations. The leader will oversee teams and technology platforms enabling automation, CRM and Revenue business functions, ensuring seamless operations, enabling innovation, and driving organizational excellence.  At times, the Senior Director will also work with Systems Integrators and Consultants to achieve the desired results for this role.  The position requires partial work on site in the Hyderabad office.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Team Leadership: Build a high-performance team with a strong operating model, decision rights, ownership, and collaboration to deliver speed and results.
    • Operational Excellence: Elevate systems and processes to enterprise-grade maturity, ensuring reliability, resilience, and security across platforms and business-critical systems, including Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, and EBS.
    • Strategic Execution: Deliver on company priorities including business transformation initiatives, security initiatives, and other priorities with a focus on outcomes and execution discipline.
    • AI-Powered Innovation: Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance test automation, optimize data integration processes, improve platform monitoring and maintenance, and enable predictive analytics for proactive decision-making. Harness AI to streamline business processes, accelerate productivity, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, scalability, and enterprise-wide excellence.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Partner Management, Customer Support and Success, and Revenue teams to position shared services as a foundational enabler of their success.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Proven leadership in building and scaling shared services teams for data integration, platform administration, and test automation.
    • Expertise in managing platforms such as Boomi, OIC, Solace, Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, and Oracle EBS.
    • Experience with AI-powered automation tools and developer productivity enhancement.
    • Strong track record of achieving operational excellence with enterprise-grade reliability, security, and scalability.
    • Ability to execute large-scale business priorities with discipline and measurable outcomes.
    • Outstanding collaboration and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
    • Successful utilization of Systems Integrators in the execution of transformational programs.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in Digital Customer Experience organizations or similar enterprise functions.
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern operating models.
    Success Measures:
    • Transform the Shared Services team into a highly effective and scalable pillar supporting key enterprise functions.
    • Elevate platforms to enterprise-grade operational maturity with high reliability and security.
    • Achieve measurable improvements in development velocity, process efficiency, and team productivity through AI innovation.
