Position Overview: Our client is seeking a results-oriented Senior Director of Revenue Systems to lead the end-to-end delivery of revenue accounting, revenue recognition, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) systems, leveraging the Oracle technology stack. This role will ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient financial operations while supporting the scalability and modernization of enterprise-wide revenue processes. The Senior Director will collaborate closely with Finance, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Deal Desk teams to align systems with order-to-cash workflows, revenue recognition protocols, and business priorities. At times, the Senior Director will also work with Systems Integrators and Consultants to achieve the desired results for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Development:
a. Build and lead a high-performance revenue systems team with clear roles and accountability.
b. Foster collaboration and drive an operating model that supports speed, ownership, and execution across the revenue lifecycle.
c. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, RevOps, and Deal Desk, to align strategy and goals.
2. Revenue Systems Delivery:
a. Oversee the implementation, upgrades, and integration of systems within the Oracle Fusion stack (Asset Lifecycle Management, Subscription Management Cloud, Revenue Management Cloud Service, Fusion Order Management, and Oracle E-Business Suite).
b. Align systems with accounting, revenue recognition, and O2C workflows to ensure compliance, scalability, and efficiency.
c. Enable accurate revenue reporting and seamless operations with enterprise readiness.
3. Operational Excellence:
a. Elevate processes and systems to enterprise-grade standards, ensuring reliability, security, and resilience.
b. Establish policies and governance frameworks for system performance, data accuracy, and scalability.
c. Develop KPIs to monitor system health and operational efficiency.
4. AI-Driven Innovation:
a. Leverage AI to optimize forecasting, financial reporting, order workflows, reconciliation, and automation.
b. Enhance operational velocity, predictability, and scale by modernizing workflows with AI-driven insights and tools.
5. Strategic Execution:
a. Deliver on strategic company priorities including business transformation, security initiatives, compliance priorities, and other business transformations.
b. Execute with discipline and predictability, ensuring measurable outcomes and timely delivery.
c. Collaborate with Systems Integrators and third party Consultants to effectively utilize their expertise in achieving business objectives when implementing new Oracle modules and/or other technologies.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven leadership experience in scaling revenue systems for accounting, recognition, and order-to-cash processes.
• Expertise with the Oracle Fusion stack (Asset Lifecycle Management, Subscription Management Cloud, Revenue Management Cloud Service, Fusion Order Management, and Oracle E-Business Suite) and enterprise ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606) and order-to-cash workflows.
• Demonstrated success in operationalizing systems with resilience, compliance, and scalability.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for forecasting, reconciliation, and automation.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across teams.
• Successful utilization of Systems Integrators in the execution of transformational programs.
