Sr. Oracle EBS Finance Consultant

Location: Remote (EST support required)

Overview

Buxton Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Consultant to support ongoing initiatives and implementations. This role requires strong functional expertise across core Oracle EBS Financial modules and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise across Oracle EBS Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Projects, PO, and Intercompany
• Lead and support requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration
• Participate in end-to-end implementations and enhancements
• Support divestiture / carve-out initiatives, including clone & clean activities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Assist with testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing application support

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Finance
• Strong hands-on expertise in multiple EBS financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Projects, PO, Intercompany)
• Experience with multiple full lifecycle EBS implementations
• Proven experience in divestiture or carve-out projects (Clone & Clean)
• Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP best practices
• Ability to work in a client-facing, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with ability to support EST timezone

Nice to Have

• Technical exposure (interfaces, data migration, reports)
• Experience working in complex, multi-entity environments
• Prior consulting experience

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• W2 employees only (no C2C or sponsorship available)
