Role: Sr. Saviynt IGA Professional (Must be hands-on)
Type of Employment: Fulltime

Location: Hybrid/Remote (In-person 2 times a week)

Responsibilities:
- Work on requirement gathering and analysis and technical design.
- Develop, Unit Test, and deploy Saviynt Identity Governance workflows/connectors to meet customer requirements.
- Design, implement, test, and deploy applications in Saviynt for IGA.
- Design, implement, testing for access review certifications.
- Follow approved life cycle methodologies for projects.
- Work on documentation for requirements, technical design, test cases and scripts, and deployment documents.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and customer teams
- Coordinate with product vendor(Saviynt) for any product issue tickets, support for resolution deployment, and validation.
- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
- Provide technical expertise in creating solutions, designs, proof of concept, and implementation.
- Must be hands-on technical skills, can gather requirements and deploy connectors, build JML use cases, and have experience in SoDs, attestation, etc.
- Industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, and deployment of Saviynt Identity Management and Governance product
- Thorough domain knowledge of the below areas of IGA
User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation
Connector development and application onboarding
Auditing, Reporting, and user activity Monitoring
Access Certification
- Understanding of cloud security concepts
- Understanding of project life cycle methodologies, testing
SQL knowledge - Knowledge of Web Services (REST, JSON, SCIM, SOAP), Directories, etc.
- Saviynt implementation experience is a must.
- Technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Knowledge on any PAM and SSO tool is desirable.
Experience Integrating With:
ITSM ticketing tools (Jira / SNOW)
HRMS (ADP / Workday)
SAP Applications
Active Directory
