    We are looking for a well-rounded individual for this role with experience in both hunting (SE) and farming (AM) roles
     
    Position Summary: The Senior Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, driving sales growth, and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of managed services, implementation services, and traditional staffing solutions. The Senior Sales Account Manager will work closely with clients to identify their staffing needs, propose appropriate solutions, and ensure successful service delivery.
     
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Sales and Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the managed services, implementation services, and traditional staffing sectors.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development activities.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their staffing needs.
    2. Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
    • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service performance, gather feedback, and discuss future needs.
    • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and tailor staffing solutions to meet their specific requirements.
    3. Account Development
    • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose solutions that add value to their business.
    • Monitor account performance and take proactive measures to ensure client retention and growth.
    • Develop and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements to clients.
     
    4. Collaboration and Teamwork
    • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client staffing needs.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
     
    5. Reporting and Analysis
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account progress.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, account status, and market trends.
    • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
     
    Qualifications:
    Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the staffing industry, preferably with experience in managed services and implementation services.
    Strong connections to senior executives in the Bay Area (preferred).
    Skills and Competencies
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of managed services, implementation services, and traditional staffing solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
    • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
