Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager (ERP Financial and Zuora, Zone, ChargeBee or RecVue) - Product Implementation to lead the successful deployment of our software products for clients. This role involves planning, executing, and overseeing the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and alignment with business goals. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer success, and technical support, to drive seamless implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client business requirements and company goals.
- Develop and manage implementation roadmaps, project timelines, resource plans, and risk assessments.
- Oversee end-to-end implementation, from business requirement gathering to configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Ensure timely project delivery, addressing roadblocks and escalations proactively.
Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct regular status meetings, provide updates, and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and coordinate with cross functional team to configure the product accordingly.
- Lead training sessions and UAT to ensure smooth product adoption by end-users.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and customization of the product.
- Work with the customer support and success teams to ensure smooth post-implementation transition.
- Gather and document client feedback for continuous product and process improvement.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting project success.
- Ensure data migration, validation, and reconciliation processes are executed accurately.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, SLAs, and quality standards.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Continuously refine implementation methodologies and best practices for efficiency.
- Maintain detailed documentation, Track and report on project KPIs such as time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and system performance.
- Maintain documentation, including project charters, SOWs, lessons learned, and post-implementation reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or customer success.
- Experience in SaaS billing platforms, ERP billing modules, or subscription revenue products is a plus.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of implementation methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong understanding of billing workflows, invoicing, revenue recognition, tax compliance, and payment processing.
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Excel, Smart Sheet etc.).
- Ability to understand API integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise software solutions.
