Role Summary
We are looking for an offshore ERP consultant with strong experience in Finance and CRM modules, ideally on platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, or SAP. This role supports our client's ERP software selection process, helping evaluate the financial and customer relationship components.
Key Responsibilities- - Participate in remote workshops to gather financial (GL, AR, AP, FA) and CRM requirements.
- - Document and refine business processes across finance and CRM functions.
- - Help prepare RFI/RFP content and evaluate vendor responses.
- - Assist in the comparison of ERP solutions, focusing on financial reporting, CRM integration, and scalability.
- - Coordinate closely with the US-based team on vendor demo preparations and evaluation summaries.
- Must have prior experience leading one or more software selection analysis in the Manufacturing domain.
- 8+ years working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Infor CloudSuite, Epicor, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, or SAP.
- - Strong understanding of finance modules, including multi-entity accounting, reporting, and compliance.
- - CRM experience with Salesforce, MS Dynamics CRM, or integrated ERP CRMs.
- - Experience working with manufacturing or product-based companies preferred.
- - Strong documentation and virtual collaboration skills.
