Job Descriptions:
We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Consultant to provide application support for our client's business team.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the JDA WMS.
Description
Proven experience leading a technical team.
Should have excellent analytical skills, and customer interfacing skills.
Should be able to analyze and derive test cases using functional and technical specifications, especially on system integration mapping documentation.
Implement configure and maintain the Warehouse Management System to meet the company’s operation requirement.
Collaborate with It and business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of WMS with other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for WMS Enhancements and modifications.
Provide Technical Support and training to clients on JDA Products
Strong Expertise in MOCA Components/Page Builder,Reports and Labels.
Strong Expertise in Integrator - Troubleshooting Interface failures and resolution
Application Support:
Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to user issues.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve application issues, proposing and implementing improvements where necessary.
Monitor application performance and suggest measures to maintain application health.
User Training and Support:
Conduct training sessions for users to ensure efficient utilization.
Develop user guides and documentation.
Assist users in understanding and using the application effectively.
Liaison with Stakeholders:
Collaborate with the client's business team to understand their needs and offer solutions.
Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security.
Coordinate with the technical team for necessary software upgrades or patches.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, providing application support.
Experience with JDA WMS is highly desirable.
Understanding of Demand and supply planning process.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, capable of dealing with both technical and non-technical staff.Thank you
