Manage complex testing projects to ensure that the end product or service is delivered on schedule and within scope and established budget. Own the definition, data accuracy and integrity of business metrics and improve business reporting and analysis to assist business teams in meeting their goals. Integrate professional engineering practices to promote best practices throughout the entirety of the s Quality Assurance life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. Develop test strategies and create appropriate test harnesses by using expertise in software quality and testing methodologies. Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies based on product needs and industry trends. Promote high quality, scalability, and timely completion of testing timelines. Identify new initiatives to improve customer experience and partnering with appropriate internal teams to implement those initiatives. Support the creation of solutions to system challenges, such as malfunctions and system/ program problems. Contribute to the review and analysis performance indicators to ascertain, develop, and implement improvements. Must be able to travel temporarily to client sites and/or relocate throughout the U.S.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information System or related field and 5 years of work experience as Quality Assurance, Quality Analyst, Systems Engineer or related occupation. 5 years of experience must involve in: Providing development and implementation of manual and automated tests and driving continuous software improvements to the QA process; developing and maintaining test (cases, Inventories, and Scripts, Scenarios, Designs, Coverage Matrix) and release related documentation; developing business/financial models and metrics by utilizing advanced data analysis tools in Excel, SQL and related Business Intelligence tools; Working on multiple, simultaneous QA projects in a cross functional team environment; Quality Assurance methodology such as Agile environment and tools such as Jira and Bugzilla to perform functional and integration testing; performing user-level automation or developing in a Linux environment.
